SwingLAB develops, markets, and supports golf related products, using the latest technologies to provide practical, user-friendly solutions for golf coaches. The company is a privately owned by Henry & Graham Boulton and appoints Dealers worldwide to better cover new emerging markets. The company's head office is located on the Gold Coast, Queensland – the Mecca for golf training in Australia

Since 1985, the founders have meticulously followed the development of the Computer and the Internet. Back in 1985, well before the ".com" revolution, they started their Company B&H Consultants, employing 43 people in three states. This company was floated on the public exchange in 1997. In April 2002, operating under the name of T 2 Green Pty Ltd, and convinced that they had found a very promising approach to take a dominant position in the market, the founders focused their energies on golf projects that evolved to become SwingLAB.

Today, 10 years later SwingLAB is established in a market niche that has great potential to enhance how the golf tuition business is conducted. Our mission is to empower golf Coaches & Pros with technology and to enhance and compliment their teaching & training techniques. SwingLAB is continually working to improve existing products and services and to introduce new ones to keep their customers at the forefront of technology

Graham & Henry Boulton developed the FocusBand out of necessity to assist the pros that they were training
 
Their own research and experimental understandings as qualified Electronics Engineers, lead them away from the usual assumptions about mental training

Their investigations into the obvious provided more discoveries than what would have been achieved by listening to the Academics they initially sought assistance from

Importantly, what they discovered in developing the FocusBand is grounded in practical experience rather than hearsay
